Every kind of code
How it works
- In your account, choose “Feedback form”.
- Give the page a title, such as “Tell us what you think”, and a short text above the form if you like.
- If you wish, write a consent text that people tick before sending, and change the message they see once it is sent.
- Choose to be notified when feedback arrives, then download the code and print it.
- Read what people wrote under “Responses”, and mark what you have dealt with.
Where it is used
- On a restaurant or café table, with the bill.
- At the shop's till, and on the bag of an order.
- In a hotel room or a holiday flat.
- In a clinic and its waiting room.
- In the training room after a course, or at the customer service desk.
- At the entrance of a building or a residential compound, for residents' comments.
What people see when they scan it
Your title and text, one box, and a “Send” button. No app, no account, no name or number asked for, and a line saying the message goes to you only.
Once it is sent they see your thank-you message and the date their feedback arrived.
A survey QR code with one question
Few people finish a long survey; one open box lets customers say it in their own words: what they liked, what annoyed them, what they would change.
Put it where customers wait a moment, on the table or in the waiting room, with a question above it such as “What should we do better?”.
Want a score to compare month by month? Choose a rating QR code. Want a name and number to call back? Choose a lead form QR code.
Where the feedback arrives
Each message lands under “Responses” with its code and time. Filter by code or period, mark what you handled, and download Excel or CSV. Your team can read it; owners and editors can mark and download it.
With notifications on, you get a notice under the bell, and by e-mail if you chose it. It names the code only; the message stays in your account.
An editable code
It lives in your account only, never as a static code. Change the title, text or thank-you message any time, and see how often it was scanned.
It comes with “Forms and the response inbox”, with the Start plan and those above it. Pricing
Questions about a feedback QR code
Does the customer need an app or an account?
No. They scan the code with their phone's camera, and a page opens in the browser where they write their feedback and send it.
Is the customer asked for a name or a number?
No. A feedback form asks for the message alone, and neither their IP address nor their browser details are stored with it. If you want a name and a number, use a lead form.
Who can read the feedback?
The members of your organization, in your account. It is not published anywhere.
What is the consent text?
Optional text you write, which the customer ticks to accept before sending. Say in it who receives their feedback and why. Each response keeps the text they agreed to.
Will I get spam from bots?
The form blocks automated submissions without making anyone pass an “I am not a robot” test, and there is a limit on how much one device can send and how much a code accepts in an hour.
And if the plan no longer has forms?
The printed code goes on taking feedback, which is kept and shows under “Responses” when the account is back on a plan with forms. No notification is sent meanwhile.
