Digital business card with a QR code

Every kind of code

How to make your card

  1. Open a free account and choose “Business card”.
  2. Type your name, job title and company. You can enter your name and title in both Arabic and English.
  3. Add your mobile number, e-mail address, website, address and a short bio, plus your photo and social accounts.
  4. Design the code in your colours and with your logo, then download it and put it on your printed card, your badge or your e-mail signature.

What people see when they scan it

  • Your photo, name, job title and company, with your name in the other language under it if you gave it.
  • Buttons to call you, e-mail you and visit your website, and the icons of your accounts.
  • A “Save contact” button that adds your name, company, title, mobile number, e-mail, website and address to their contacts in one tap.
  • A “Contact us on WhatsApp” button if you add a WhatsApp number, with a ready message you write.

It opens in the browser, with no app and no account.

Where it is used

  • On the paper card, so that nobody types your number by hand.
  • On a badge at a fair or a conference.
  • On the front of a clinic or an estate agency, to save the booking number.
  • In an e-mail signature and a presentation.
  • On your phone's screen in a meeting, for the person in front of you to scan.
  • On a small shop's packaging, so customers can save the owner's number.

So that your card works as you want

  • Choose a clear photo of your face or your company's logo: it is the first thing people see when they scan.
  • Choose the mobile number's country and type it in full, so that anyone, anywhere, can call you in one tap.
  • Keep your bio to two sentences: what you do, and for whom.
  • Put the code where it is seen first, with words under it such as “Scan to save my number”.
  • Scan the printed card with your phone and tap the save button, to see what others will see before you hand it out.

A digital card or a static contact?

The digital card is a page with your photo and links, and you can change it after printing. A contact QR code, the classic vCard QR code, is free with no account and saves even offline, but cannot change after printing and has no photo or links.

If people often scan without signal, the static one fits better; for a card that stays correct for years, choose the digital one.

Your details change, the card does not

A new number, a new job title, or a new company? Change the page from your phone, and the printed cards stay valid. And you see how often they were scanned.

The free plan keeps 3 codes editable, for good. Cards for a whole team, managed in one place, come with the Grow plan and those above it. Pricing

Questions about a digital business card

Is the digital business card free?

Yes, on the free plan: it keeps 3 codes editable, for good, and your card is one of them.

Does the person scanning need an app?

No. The page opens in the browser, and the save button downloads the contact card, which the phone then offers to add to its contacts.

What is saved to the phone of someone who taps the save button?

Your name, company, job title, mobile number, e-mail, website and address. Your photo and accounts stay on your page.

Can I write it in Arabic and English?

Yes. You enter your name and job title in both, and the page shows your pages' language first, with the other below it.

Does it suit a whole team?

Yes. Cards for the whole team, managed in one place, come with the Grow plan and those above it. Pricing

Who sees my details?

Anyone who scans the code or is given its link. Put on it only what you would put on your paper card.
