Every kind of code
How it works
- The “Real-estate listing” tool comes with the Grow plan and those above it, and works as soon as the account is on such a plan.
- Type the advertisement licence number and the date it runs until, the advertiser’s name, and the practice licence number (FAL) of the broker or marketer, if there is one.
- Describe the property: for sale or for rent, its type, its area, bedrooms and bathrooms, its condition and its price, and add its photos.
- Add the city, the district and a map link, the services and rights that come with the property, any dispute over it, then a phone number and WhatsApp.
- Download the code and print it on the sign or the printed advertisement.
The advertisement licence, on the page
The first thing people see is the advertisement licence number in large type and its expiry date, then what is offered, the property type, the address and the price.
After the licence's last day the page comes down by itself: it says the advertisement has ended, with only the licence number and date. No photos, price or phone numbers, not even in a chat's link preview. Renewed the licence? Enter the new date, and the page and the printed code work again.
We do not issue advertisement licences, and we do not check them. The page shows the number and the date as you type them.
What the property page shows
Its fields are the details the real-estate advertising rules list for an advertisement:
- The advertisement licence number and its expiry, the advertiser's name, and the FAL licence number.
- What is offered (sale, rent or other rights) and the type of property: apartment, villa, floor, land, building, office, shop or warehouse.
- Area, bedrooms, bathrooms and condition, and the price in total, per year or per month.
- Photos with a caption each, the city, the district and a map link.
- The services and rights attached to the property, and any dispute over it.
- Buttons to call, to message on WhatsApp and to open the map.
A code for every sign
One property, several signs? Add a code per sign. They all open the same page and each counts its own scans, so you know which sign brought the interest. Extra codes come with the Grow plan and those above it.
Where it is used
- A “for sale” or “to let” sign on the building or the fence of a plot.
- A printed advertisement: a leaflet, a newspaper, a roadside board.
- The brokerage's binder of listings, a code for each property.
- A property fair: a code for each unit or plot on the plan.
- A message to an interested buyer: you send them the page's link.
The listing changes, the sign does not
Lowered the price, or added photos? Change the page from your account, and the sign already up opens the new version at once. And you see how often each code was scanned.

Questions about a real-estate listing QR code
Do you issue the advertisement licence?
No. We neither issue licences nor check them. You enter the licence number and its expiry date as they appear on your licence, and the page shows them first.
What do people see after the licence has ended?
A page saying the advertisement has ended, with the licence number and its expiry date, and nothing else. The full listing stays up until the licence's last day.
The licence was renewed. Do I print a new sign?
No. Enter the new date on the page and it comes back as it was; the same printed code opens it.
Which phone number do I give?
The same one you gave when you applied for the advertisement licence. Add a WhatsApp number too and the page shows a chat button.
Do I need a code for every sign?
You do not have to, but it helps: extra codes open the same page, and each counts its own scans, so you see which sign is scanned most.
What if the plan no longer has listings?
The listings you made keep working and you can still edit them. A new one needs a plan with the listing tool.
